Your generous donations help to fund our yearly budget of $133,000.00. This gives youth a safe space for learning various career opportunities. They’re supported by loving and caring adults throughout the year.  Families, neighbors and our community experience the benefit of youth contributing to society in a healthy way using their beautiful God-given gifts and talents.

$64,000.00 covers TZone’s Summer program, June through July.

• Youth receive workforce/life skills training 5 days per week, 4 hours per day. Sessions include full healthy lunches for up to 20 youth

• Youth are paid a stipend of $100.00 per week for active attendance

• Various career path guest speakers 3 to 5 times weekly

• Youth are placed in the real workforce with community partners. They experience on-the-job training, mentoring, and shadowing opportunities.

• Graduation celebration for youth and their families. They receive free family photos from a professional photographer, graduation certificate, cap, and TZone T-Shirt

$69,000.00 covers TZone’s Winter/Spring program, September through May.

• Youth receive entrepreneurship training, leadership, etiquette, and dance classes the first and second Saturday of each month, for 3 hours. Sessions include breakfast for up to 20 youth.

• Youth are paid a stipend of $25.00 per Saturday of active attendance

• Various career path guest speakers

• Youth showcase their business start-ups before parents and guests during Open House Celebration

• Youth help plan, assist, and participate in other fundraising activities throughout the year
